As Managing Director of the Farm and Ranch Division at First Financial Bank, Kathy founded and developed the division, successfully originating loans across all 50 states. With over 30 years in agricultural finance, she brings deep expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and risk management to support farmers and ranchers nationwide.
Prior to First Financial, she held leadership roles in managing lending operations and client relationships. Kathy also served in various financial services roles, building a strong foundation in the agricultural lending space.
Active in industry organizations, she serves on the ABA Rural Ag Bankers Committee for 2024-2025 and has previously contributed to the ABA Ag Bankers Conference Planning Committee and the Louisville Agricultural Club Scholarship Committee.
She is committed to advancing the agricultural finance industry and ensuring the financial success of the farmers and ranchers we serve.
With over thirty years of agricultural lending expertise, clients’ trust Pat to lead them through the process of obtaining a farm loan. As a former farmer himself, he loves to meet clients and prospective borrowers directly on their property in order to get a personal look at each farm’s unique requirements.
Recently, Pat received a handwritten note thanking him for helping a farm through a tough time. He was able to close on the loan giving the farmer the financial assets needed to keep producing.
When away from work, Pat is proud to spend time with his grandchildren. He enjoys being outdoors, particularly gardening.

Aaron truly “gets it”. As the owner/operator of a diversified farming operation with a poultry broiler farm, beef cattle and grain, Aaron has walked in his customers’ shoes. With over 20 years in the lending business, he still finds the onsite visits one of the most enjoyable parts of the process. Meeting the customer, seeing the operations and learning the “why” behind their plans helps him bring all the pieces together. Nothing makes him happier than helping a customer achieve their goals and knowing that he was able to play a role in the process.
Aaron’s work ethic and leadership extend beyond his work at FFB. His family participates in a variety of activities, plus donate their time to their church and community, including the local Farm Bureau.
Chris began his banking career in 2007, spending the majority of his experience in agriculture finance. His favorite part of lending is helping clients nationwide meet their personal and professional goals. He enjoys building relationships and will work with you throughout the entire process. Chris’ agricultural experience allows him to focus on the big picture to help his clients succeed. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing sports, traveling, and watching movies! When asked to use three words to describe himself, he said precise, helpful, and diligent.
Josh grew up on a tobacco farm in Kentucky and has worked in agriculture since he was a teenager. He will lead our nationwide leasing program to expand our services for our customers. He has been an influential advisor for the agriculture lending industry since 2005, using his knowledge in agriculture, credit, professional relationships, and management. His experience makes him a valuable partner for his clients to make their operations more successful. Helping young farmers is his passion because he enjoys being a small part of their growth as they become the agriculture industry's future. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Indianapolis Colts.
Adrian grew an appreciation for the agricultural industry from working on his grandfather's farm. He understands the importance that farmers and ranchers play in our lives. In his role, he'll work closely with farmers and ranchers to offer the best leasing financing to fit their unique needs. His industry knowledge and unmatched service are what customers have grown to experience. When away from work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing golf, and watching or attending sporting events.
From growing up on a cow/calf operation in north Missouri to helping operate her family’s row crop operation in southern Iowa, Bridget has been involved in the ag industry since day one. Her firsthand experience gives her customers the advantage of understanding the challenges faced by both sides of the field. She takes time to get to know her customers and prides herself on creating financing solutions to meet their unique needs. She has little time outside of running their row crop operation and being a top ag lender, but you’ll catch her at the lake spending time with her family.

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Being a farmer himself, and leveraging his work in community banking and farm lending, customers know they can trust his understanding of their specific needs.
With FFB’s focus on agricultural borrowers, Kevin can help farm owners and operators both big and small. Treating all customers with both urgency and respect, he enjoys providing them the means and funding to experience long term financial success.
When not at FFB, you can find Kevin enjoying the outdoors. He volunteers for the local cattlemen's association and 4-H, raising his own cattle and hogs. He is also an avid hunter.

After spending the last decade plus working with community banks, Steven understands the importance of building relationships and earning a customer’s trust. Having a background in residential, commercial, and agricultural lending gives him the knowledge and flexibility to meet his customer’s needs, regardless of the scope.
Steven grew up on a small family farm and was active in his High School FFA chapter, serving as an officer and competing at the National level. He is excited to combine his love of agriculture and the American Farmer with his knowledge of finance and passion for helping others.
When not at work, Steven loves spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling the country, playing golf, and coaching baseball. He is active in his church community and serves on the local Habitat for Humanity family selection committee.

Kyle recently graduated from The Hutson School of Agriculture at Murray State University, but he is not new to the agriculture world. While at Murray State, he was able to study abroad and get firsthand experience with agriculture in different countries. He comes from a family farm in Southern Indiana where he has been able to experience the daily operations of their grain, livestock, and poultry farm. With his education and his broad background in agriculture, Kyle can relate to the customer and use his first-hand experiences to best help and grow with the customer.
Kyle continues to be involved in his family's farm, alongside his father and brother. He raises grain, livestock, and poultry in Southern Indiana. Kyle was active in FFA in high school and while in college he was very active across the campus in agriculture clubs and other organizations. With his passion for the agriculture industry, Kyle is excited to help customers of any size be successful financially.
When not at work, Kyle is usually found farming with his family. He enjoys doing anything outdoors, from golf to hunting all around the world. Kyle also loves to spend time with his fiancée and their puppy in his free time.
Kyle has been dedicated to the agriculture industry for decades. He’s passionate about helping farmers and ranchers grow their operations throughout the heartland. He’s worked in many capacities of ag but enjoys finding the best way to help his customers with customized solutions for their problems through his relationship-based service. His clients describe him as a partner, working for them and their best efforts. When not working with farmers and ranchers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, golfing, and volunteering for school and church activities.

Andrew has worked in a multitude of fields that are all rooted in agriculture. His previous experience allows him to help customers and clients understand their operation because each is unique in its own way. In his role, he will help customers after their loan has closed. He’ll work closely with customers to help them to continue organizing their operations and prepare them for progress in the years to come. Outside of work, Andrew and his wife enjoy traveling across the country going to concerts and amusement parks.
